Manager of Engineering for the second largest geothermal company; managed the backroom engineering requirements for the Geysers, Indonesia developments and acquisitions. 

Made a significant financial contribution to the sale of Natomas & Thermal Power to Diamond Shamrock. 

Developed the Puna Geothermal 25mw project on the Big Island of Hawaii. Marco Power with Ormat, Credit Suisse and Constellation financed and build the project.  Led successful turn around activities and recovered air permit. 

Made a significant contribution to taking Ormat Energy System public. 

Developed the Davis 25mw project in Lake County, California.  Part of the team that sold the project to Freeport McMorran. 

Negotiated a PPA with LADWP for the Coso project; unwound the contract with a major settlement payment. 

Negotiated a PPA with the Bonneville Power Association; renegotiated the contract with a settlement payment and preserving the relationship and development rights. 

Developed and permitted the Glass Mountain project near Shasta.

Founder of Marin Power Alternatives LLC, setup with the mission to acquire, develop, own and operate renewable assets such as wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydro generation

Contributor to Calpine successful Initial Public Offering. 

Performed an extensive feasibility study with BHP and the Navajo Nation to build coal-fired generation in the Four Corners area of New Mexico.  Modeled the WSCC system with Henwood to determine dispatching and Merchant plant competitiveness. 

Developed and permitted the SouthPoint 500mw combined cycle project on the Fort Mojave Tribe in Arizona. 

Build the National Industrial Group and the Energy Services platform for large industrial Fortune 1000 companies and successfully created unique products with revenue, therefore significant value toward the sale of the business to Enron and Chevron. 

Consultant to Southwestern Power Group I, LLC.  Sold Gila River project to Panda International; created above market margin.  TECO now building project.

Founder and President of SouthWestern Power Group LLC, a development company based in Phoenix and with a portfolio of potentially 7000mw in mid 2001.  Brought in cash investment from Tolling Partner. Selected BNPParibas for as private equity public offering agent for a $200MM investment. 

Consultant as Marco Power.  Provided expert testimony in a number of trial or mediation processes involving different type of disputes associated with business, commercial or professional differences.
